I build Machine Learning models for a living. I like learn about recent advacements in AI/ML/DL. I am also an avid reader, mostly of non-fiction books. I am currently exploring audiobooks and book summaries to increase my content intake. I also like to play drums and listen to all genres of music. Recently, I developed a new found interest in investing.

I am a Manager in Global Commercial and Merchant Data science team at AmEx leading a team of 4 analysts. My team builds future spend and lending need prediction models for Small and Medium Enterprises in US

Prior to my promotion, I had contribued as an analyst in the same team by developing customer response models for online channel, identifying future potential models for small businesses in US and developing a pivotal model for Financial Relief Program aimed to help small businesses affected due to COVID-19 Pandemic
Indus Towers

I was hired out of B-school as a management trainee at Indus Towers. After 3 months of on site training, I was inducted to Energy BU at the corporate office. I analysed energy billing operation data billed to telcom operators and identified revenue leakges and opportunities.
I also developed a POC for estimating energy consumption at 100K+ Indus owned tower sites and helped lauched a mobile module to deliver actionable insights on the ground.

I interned at Crisp Analytics (now Lumiq.ai), a Noida-based startup on a project to build a customer churn/attrition model using Azure ML and R for a leading fashion retailer, a client of the company.
I also re-designed the company logo (the one you see above) and generated branding collaterals.
StrawberryPOS - Nikola Tech
Front End Developer

My short stint here as a Front-End Developer was to partly manage the website graphical content. I generated instructional videos for the Strawberry POS system (the primary product of the startup) and packaged it in Google Chrome application as a web-based guide for end users and sales representatives. I also revamped UI/UX design of consumer facing food-ordering application
